MRICS Development Advisory Associate

Avison Young is seeking a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to join our market-leading PLACE team in the UK. You will deliver viability analyses, advise on development strategies, and manage client relationships across residential-led and mixed-use projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

You'll work on development appraisals, feasibility studies, and market analysis, coordinating with local authorities, developers, and landowners.
