Movement Constructor

Within the technical office, you will play a key role in the design and development of our future calibres. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to ensure the technical excellence of the products. Movement Constructor (M/F) Missions and Responsibilities: - Design and develop new watch movements (conventional and preliminary studies up to final construction), ensuring compliance with established quality standards and guidelines.- Ensure the evolution of existing products by incorporating new features.- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and structured technique for each study project.- Actively contribute to the selection of the best technical solutions during the development process.- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (logistics, production, etc.) for the development, testing, and implementation of new projects. Experience: - Holder of a diploma or engineering degree in mechanics with confirmed experience in watch construction. - You have at least 3 years of experience in construction. Technical Skills: - Advanced mastery of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, including V5. - Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office). Personal Qualities: - Rigorous, organized, and dynamic, you are recognized for your critical thinking. - You are proactive and propose continuous improvements.
