Do you have a passion for motorcycles and a talent for diagnosing and fine tuning machines to perfection? We're looking for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our team, working on premium BMW Motorrad bikes and delivering high quality servicing and repairs.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

• Service Technician (Non Brand / ATA): Salary £30,000 Bonus £8,000 OTE £38,000
• ATA Technician: Salary £32,600 Bonus £8,200 OTE £40,800
• Senior Technician: Salary £34,300 Bonus £8,600 OTE £42,900
• Master Technician: Salary £42,300 Bonus £2,600 OTE £44,900

What you will be doing:

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motorcycles of all types to the highest standard within the scheduled times.
• Carry out work completely and effectively within manufacturers' servicing and repair times and those set by your manager.
• Test, diagnose faults and repair vehicles as and when requested by your manager or supervisory staff.
• Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements.
• Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure.

• Apprenticeship certification or City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
• Experience/knowledge of diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs of motorcycles
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
