Motorcycle Warranty & After-sales Administrator Job Description

We are looking for someone who will be able to bring their passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles into our successful multi-franchise motorcycle business as a member of our Warranty and Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a flagship destination dealership working with some of the most successful and exciting brands in the motorcycle market today.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

• Dealing with and processing Warranty Claims and enquiries as and when necessary.
• The processing, ordering and sale of parts and accessories for the various brands of motorcycle that we sell.
• Ensuring the correct and efficient supply of parts to the workshop as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have a solid Aftersales/Service/Warranty background from either the motorcycle or automotive industries and a good technical understanding of motorcycles.

A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to deliver excellent customer service and results.

A good technical knowledge of motorcycles together with the ability to communicate clearly with both the workshop and customers.

A full motorcycle and driving licence.

Final salary awarded to the successful candidate will be negotiable depending on experience.
