Motorcycle Technician - Chiswick - £40,500 OTE - Main Dealership

My client, a family run dealership in Chiswick, is now seeking a Motorcycle Technician to join their workshop.

Responsibilities
  • Perform motorcycle servicing and repairs efficiently and safely.
  • Apply your expertise to accurately test and diagnose faults, aiming for a "Right first time" outcome.
  • Conduct thorough safety inspections on each motorcycle, ensuring the optimal performance of all components.
  • Consistently meet the efficiency standards established by the service manager (e.g., attended hours versus billed hours).
  • Test motorcycles and accurately diagnose any faults.
Qualifications
  • Must be qualified to Level 3 or have equivalent experience as a Motorcycle Technician.
  • Own tools and a full driver's licence are required.
  • Full UK driver's licence/motorcycle licence (A2 considered).
  • A strong interest in motorcycles is a plus.
  • Previous experience should include diagnostics, fault finding, and performing services. MOT testing experience is also beneficial.
