Motorcycle Apprentice Technician - BMW Motorrad

Location: Wolvercote, Oxford

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: Statutory Apprentice Rate (in line with current apprenticeship pay regulations)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Apprentice Technician to join our BMW Motorrad team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for motorcycles who wants to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified BMW Motorcycle Technician.

As part of the BMW Apprenticeship Programme, you will receive industry-leading training while gaining valuable hands on experience in a professional workshop environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting qualified technicians with servicing, maintenance and repairs on BMW motorcycles.
  • Learning how to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest BMW diagnostic equipment.
  • Carrying out routine servicing and inspections under supervision.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop.
  • Working towards the successful completion of the BMW Apprenticeship Programme.
What We're Looking For

To be considered for the BMW Apprenticeship Programme, you should:

  • Have a genuine passion for motorcycles and the motor industry.
  • Have a good educational background.
  • Already have, or be expecting to achieve, at least three GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications), including English and Maths.
  • Be eager to learn, reliable and committed to developing your technical skills.
  • Have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
