Experienced and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Technician required for our busy Loughborough workshop.

We're on the lookout for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and delivers top-quality service every time. If you're confident with diagnostics, repairs, and all things under the bonnet, we want to hear from you.

You'll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking team with access to a modern, fully equipped workshop and opportunities to grow your skills further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
• Work accurately and efficiently to ensure high standards of workmanship
• Liaise with customers to explain issues clearly and offer solutions
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive workshop culture

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (essential)
• MOT testing licence (preferred, but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence (required)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Holidays: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Additional holiday days awarded after 1, 3, 5 years, and beyond
