Are you a skilled automotive mechanic with a passion for classic MGs? Join our dynamic and close-knit team at a busy independent MG dealership and workshop, where we specialise in the preparation and sale of iconic MGF and MG TF sports cars.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced vehicle mechanic to undertake high-quality mechanical work, specifically involving:
Engine servicing and diagnostics
Head gasket replacements (a critical part of our vehicle prep)
Comprehensive vehicle inspections and roadworthiness evaluations
General mechanical repairs and pre-sale preparation tasks
You'll be working closely with a small, supportive team of passionate professionals who take pride in restoring and maintaining these beloved British classics.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified vehicle mechanic
A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
A genuine interest in MG vehicles or British classics (preferred but not required)
