Motor Mechanic Tutor/Lecturer

Duties as Motor Mechanic Lecturer/Tutor:- Deliver entry level to Level 1 Motor Mechanics teaching on a full time basis
- Provide practical, low level instruction suitable for learners new to the subject
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet varied learning needs
- Support learners with hands on mechanical skills, workshop safety, and basic diagnostics
- Reinforce key employability skills and vocational knowledge
- Assess learner understanding and provide verbal feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to support consistent vocational delivery
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise learner welfare
- QTS is not required
- Strong background or industry experience in Motor Mechanics
- Confident delivering practical instruction at beginner levels
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Able to motivate and support learners with varying levels of confidence and ability
- Patient, practical, and proactive in workshop environments
- Reliable, safety minded, and committed to learner development
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting learner well being
