Job Description
We're looking for a Mechanic to join our team to service our fleet of vehicles. The Mechanic position requires individuals who are knowledgeable about various motor vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, so we're looking for candidates with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality work. A successful candidate will be able to adjust to changes in work priorities, balance vocational goals with company objectives and be capable of working independently on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Remove and service front and rear brake pads.
Remove and replace wheels.
Remove and install spark plugs.
Disassemble and inspect air conditioning systems.
Dismantle and clean engine.
Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicles.
Install new engines in vehicles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
Wimborne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
City & Guilds Automotive (preferred)
Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
