Motor Claims Litigation Exec & Paralegal - Flexible Hours

Horwich Farrelly is recruiting for an experienced Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join the Salford Media City Office. You will manage a litigated small-claims caseload focused on liability and vehicle damage, supporting other team members as needed and handling about 100 files on average.

The role requires experience in litigated claims, familiarity with the CPR and SRA Code of Conduct, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
