• Translate creative ideas and brand identities into compelling motion design
• Develop and present motion concepts and explorations
• Bring ideas to life through animation, editing and visual craft
• Edit and craft content for brand films, social and other moving image formats
• Explore different techniques and approaches to solve creative challenges
• Respond positively to feedback and iterate quickly
• Take ownership of work from initial exploration through to final delivery
• Build on existing ideas rather than simply executing a brief
• Understand the roles of the wider team and collaborate effectively to deliver timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal expertise and client knowledge to create better motion graphics
• Actively offer ideas and opportunities to other teams
• Share knowledge and help grow the team through self-initiated learning

Требования:

• Portfolio demonstrating the work that most represents and excites you
• 0-5 Years of motion design experience
• Strong After Effects skills
• A strong eye for design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling, with an understanding of how these principles translate into motion
• Willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows
• Ability to adapt your approach depending on the creative challenge
• Interest in understanding why a technique works, not just how to execute it
• Enthusiasm for design, motion graphics and brand experience
• Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through actions and participation
• Nice to have: Experience with AI and emerging creative tools, experience or interest in developing 3D skills
