The Payload (Pay & Perks)

• Basic Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
• Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30).
• Weekend Policy: Strictly No Saturdays. Your weekends are 100% yours.

The Role

• Testing: Conducting MOT inspections to DVSA standards for Class 4 & 7 vehicles.
• Technical Work: High-quality servicing and mechanical repairs during non-testing periods.
• Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle meets the "5-star treatment" standards that have earned us 100+ five-star reviews.
• Autonomy: Working within a professional team where you are trusted to manage your bay without being micro managed.

Are You The One?

• DVSA License: You must hold a current, valid license for Class 4 & 7 vehicles.
• Qualified: Level 3 qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
