Are you a detail-oriented systems specialist passionate about driving improvement in Adult Social Care through smart use of data and technology?

iO Associates has partnered with a leading local authority to find a Systems and Mosaic Specialist to support the development, maintenance, and administration of the Mosaic Case Management and Finance system, along with other key business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Mosaic and related systems within Adult Social Care
• Provide 1st and 2nd line application support
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
• Update training materials and brief trainers on system changes
• Liaise with suppliers and third parties to resolve issues

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Mosaic or similar case/finance systems
• Strong grasp of business processes and workflow configuration
• Technical knowledge of SQL, databases, and system integrations
• Understanding of Adult Social Care legislation and practice
