To meet our strong growth, we are looking for a Mortgage Specialist for our headquarters in the heart of the city of Zurich. In this role, together with your team, you ensure the follow-up of our clients and manage their mortgage portfolio independently based on credit requests and new proposals for our mortgage clientele. As a specialist, you are the point of reference for the advisors of VZ VermögensZentrum regarding real estate and mortgages. In this role, you are in close contact with the specialized services to advise our clients on all our tasks via phone and mail. You have a commercial background, preferably in the finance sector. Ideally, you have some initial experience in mortgage financing. You have excellent telephone skills, always aiming to serve our clients in the best way possible. You have a perfect command of spoken and written German, and very good knowledge of Swiss German is an asset. You enjoy working in a young, dynamic team that is attentive to clients.
