What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging training programs, including Initial Training Programmes (ITP) and Skill Builder sessions for new starters
• Support Sales Managers in developing the skills, knowledge, and performance of their teams
• Run one-to-one and group training sessions, sharing your expertise and motivating others

Where you'll be based:
Mainly Bristol, Cotswolds, Somerset & South Wales, with occasional travel to other locations such as Northampton, Milton Keynes, and Swindon for specific training programs on a rota basis.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a Mortgage Services Consultant/Management role (estate agency or retail environment preferred)
• Proven ability to motivate and influence sales teams
• Strong knowledge of financial services and estate agency
• CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification
• Excellent communication skills
