Are you a Romanian speaking Mortgage Broker looking for a steady flow of quality leads?

We're working with a growing brokerage in Grays looking to add an adviser to service warm, pre-qualified enquiries from a strong local client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Work qualified, warm leads - no cold calling
  • Support clients through the full mortgage journey
  • Strong demand from the Romanian-speaking community
  • Genuine opportunity to build consistent earnings

Experience required:

  • Fluent Romanian & English
  • Minimum 12 months UK mortgage advisory experience
  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
  • Confident handling clients from enquiry to completion

Up to £35k Basic + Uncapped Commission
