• Deliver short-term sales goals and long-term growth strategies, reporting to senior leadership.

What we're looking for:

• Full mortgage qualification (CeMAP or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Financial Services and a strong track record in mortgage sales.
• A passion for leadership, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to lead by example.
