Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission

A growing mortgage brokerage is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their Kent-based team.

This role will suit a qualified adviser with some experience who is looking to further develop within a supportive and structured environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs
• Assessing financial circumstances and recommending suitable solutions
• Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
• Liaising with internal teams to support the application process
• Keeping up to date with market trends and product changes

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years' experience in mortgage advice
• Good understanding of mortgage and protection products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised with high attention to detail
