Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Preparing and cooking No1's food offering
- Ensure the kitchen is always exceptionally clean, by completing regular cleaning
- Monitoring food stock levels
- Ensure equipment is of good working order, conducting any required maintenance or cleaning schedules and reporting any defects.
- Following SOP's in line with Health and Safety guidelines
- The promotion of a clean and hygienic kitchen following all company and legal food safety requirements.
- You will be asked to work 5 days a week (can differ each week) a mixture of early shifts starting at 5.00am and late shifts finishing at 9pm.
