Montessori Childcare Practitioner

Overview

Kinsealy Woods Creche & Montessori is expanding with a new setting located at 8 Chapel Road, Kinsealy, Co. Dublin K36 RP26. This small, purpose-built creche caters for up to 36 children aged 1-5 years and has 3 bright and spacious rooms. The role is full-time with a flexible roster, offering an excellent opportunity to work alongside hardworking, dedicated professionals in a home-away-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor children's play activities with a sincere and genuine love for working with children.
• Plan and organise age-appropriate activities.
• Have knowledge of the Aistear curriculum framework and SIolta quality framework.
• Assist in preparing and serving food and refreshments to the children.
• Organise and comfort children during sleep and rest times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum QQI Level 6 in Childcare
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work as part of a team with good team spirit
• Willingness to learn
• First aid training desirable

Job Type

• 40 hours a week with flexible working hours
