Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (This is a hybrid role; however, due to the nature of the position as a front-line service, the postholder will be expected to attend the office on most working days.)

Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Money Advice Team, recognising and rewarding good performance.
- Deliver a high-quality Money Advice Service of benefits and debt advice, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge, information and best practice.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to residents, including in sensitive and complex situations.
- Carry a small caseload, complete detailed case reviews, meeting standard requirements for welfare rights work and debt casework.
- Performance manage the work of individuals and the team, monitor, review and evaluate service delivery, and take action to meet objectives.
- Use data and performance metrics to drive service delivery and accountability.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development aligned with Manchester's housing vision.
