Mon-Fri Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen & Fresh Menus

Chartwells Independent in Bournemouth is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our team. You'll support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, prepare fresh, high-quality food and help lead the kitchen during service.

This Monday-Friday role offers a strong work-life balance, with evenings and weekends largely free, opportunities to contribute ideas, manage stock, and uphold food safety standards across the operation.
