MoE Deployment Lead - Lean Transformation

Hiab is seeking a Deployment Lead to drive Model of Excellence (MoE) deployment at our Dundalk site in Ireland. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate MoE training, and mentor stakeholders to boost productivity and financial metrics.

Based on-site in Dundalk, you will coach teams through maturity progression, ensure alignment with MoE standards, and deliver learning activities across cells/areas. Strong Lean expertise and communication are essential.
