Model Behaviour Architect - General AI Agents

Mistral AI is seeking a Model Behaviour Architect to shape how large language models interact with tools, invoke functions, and orchestrate workflows on the General Agents team. You will translate research into best-in-class model behaviour, driving precise parameter selection and robust multi-step orchestration.

You will collaborate with the Science team to define what good tool use looks like and to deliver reliable, autonomous model capabilities across real-world scenarios.
