Mobilisation Leader - Plant Delivery Excellence

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Manager - Plant Delivery Mobilisation to own mobilisation and delivery readiness strategy for a defined Plant Delivery Area. You will lead planning, co-ordination and execution of complex work packages across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery readiness, integrating design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and operations, while managing schedules, risks and dependencies in a regulated environment.
