Job Role: Mobile Repair Technician - Level 2 or 3

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Location: Preston & Surrounding areas

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Job Status: Permanent

Due to a formation of a new department, we are looking for a Mobile Repair Technician to join a national technician's team to support our customers. This role is ideal for a Level 3 Technician who enjoys versatile day-to-day job activities as every day comes with new challenges. You will be comfortable with face-to-face interactions with our customers providing professional service.

Responsibilities

What you will be working on:

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs (if qualified)
• Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles
• Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to its original condition
• Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed

Qualifications

Things we look for in you:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector
• Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3
• Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years
