We're seeking a Mobile Technical Lead with deep Android expertise to help shape the architecture, guide the development team, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Android development efforts in a cross-functional Agile team
• Guide technical design, architecture, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement
• Contribute hands-on to coding, testing, and system integration
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release processes

What You Bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in senior/lead roles
• Expert knowledge of Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, and Android architecture components
• Experience with Jetpack, Material Design, RxJava or Coroutines, and dependency injection frameworks (eg, Dagger, Hilt)
• Solid understanding of app performance, testing, CI/CD, and security best practices
• Familiarity with modern architecture patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
