Mobile robotics intern and robots in watch production

X develops and implements around 210 systems for the production of our highly precise movements. We offer an internship position for approximately 5 months in the department in Grenchen and are looking for a: Job Description This internship aims to explore mobile robotic solutions in a predominantly manual watch production environment. You will be responsible for conducting technological benchmarks, programming and testing robots in real production conditions, as well as developing a program X tests to assess the relevance, performance, and safety of the different systems. The internship also includes the development of a training program for watchmakers to enable them to use and maintain these new robotic tools safely. Profile Requirements: Background in robotics, or a similar technical field Solid skills in industrial and mobile robotics Comfort in interaction and collaboration between autonomous systems, structured and solution-oriented Strong interest in innovative technologies and the watchmaking industry Requirements for the Position Practical experience with MQTT and OPC UA protocols Ability to program, configure, and test robots in a real industrial environment Knowledge of testing methods, as well as performance and safety assessment Ability to organize and structure a technical training program Understanding of production processes in watchmaking or modern industrial environments Languages You have good knowledge of French or German and are able to understand the other language.
