Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in the execution and enhancement of corporate App Store and mobile device programs (iOS & Android).
  • Work closely with engineering, security, operations, and business partners to deliver secure and user-friendly mobile solutions.
  • Support the product roadmap, modernization initiatives, and compliance efforts in a regulated environment.
  • Assist with app lifecycle management, device provisioning, and platform improvements, focusing on usability and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate progress, and contribute to agile delivery practices.
  • Help influence employee experience and technology transformation through visible projects.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged.
  • Support professional development opportunities within the team.
  • Ensure mobile solutions align with enterprise security and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in product management and technology delivery, ideally within enterprise IT or end-user computing environments.
  • Practical knowledge of large-scale mobile platforms, device programs, and App Store operations.
  • Familiarity with MDM/UEM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Workspace ONE.
  • Understanding of mobile device enrollment, security, and compliance in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Awareness of zero-trust security, mobile app security frameworks, or AI-driven endpoint management.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
  • Exposure to eSIM, shared devices, or rugged device programs.
  • Industry certifications (CITM, ITIL, CSPO) or financial services experience.
