Mobile Maintenance Plumber - FM Service Provider - Romford, Essex & surrounding areas, London- up to £37,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio in sites in Romford, Essex & surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £37,000
• Call out of 1 in 13 - £150 per week
• Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
• Private use of the van
• Full company uniform
• PDA and Mobile phone
• Pension

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Pipework inspections and repairs
• Minor installation works
• Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
• To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

Requirements

• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Full Driver's license
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skillsClient Facing
