Mobile Kitchen Manager Multi-Site Catering Lead

Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to join our catering team. Based across Beeston and surrounding areas, you will lead kitchen operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

This position covers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel across Nottinghamshire as needed. You will supervise catering teams, monitor food hygiene and safety, manage stock and records, and provide coverage as required across the operation.
