Mobile Kitchen Lead - Multi-Site Catering (Nottinghamshire)

Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to join the Catering Team. The role covers Nottinghamshire with 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-1:00pm, over 39.2 weeks per year. You will lead kitchen operations across multiple sites and travel between locations as required, delivering high-quality meals and service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety, and maintain records. A flexible approach to cover across the catering operation is expected.
