Mobile Head of Kitchen: Lead Multi-Site Catering

Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to lead catering operations across multiple Nottinghamshire sites. You will oversee daily kitchen management, ensure high-quality meals and service, and work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-2:00pm.

The role requires catering experience, leadership, strong customer service, health and safety knowledge, and the ability to travel between sites. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are part of the recruitment process.
