Mobile Handyman / Maintenance Engineer - Up to 40K - London

My client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding company.

The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries & Gyms. They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK, however some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required.

Responsibilities

• door repairs & locks
• basic plumbing
• re-lamping
• water drains maintenance
• fixing draws
• carpentry
• emergency light testing
• fire alarm testing
• small installations
• painting & decorating

It is expected that the Handyman / Maintenance Engineer will have proven experience within the maintenance Industry.

Position Requirements

• Live within the London / M25 orbital region and happy travelling with occasional working away from home.
• Full clean driving licence
• Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must

Package

38-40K - depending on exp.

• 40 hour working week
• Company pension scheme after 3 months.
