Mobile Handyman / Furniture Installation Technician (Permanent)

Location: London & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £34,000 per annum + Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Mobile Handyman / Furniture Installation Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. Working across London and the surrounding areas, you will be responsible for the installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of high-end office furniture within corporate environments. This is a varied, client-facing role that requires excellent practical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and assembly of premium office furniture, including:
  • Desks
  • Monitor arms
  • Office chairs
  • Storage solutions and accessories
• Carrying out furniture repairs, adjustments, and maintenance.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with client expectations.
• Providing a professional and courteous service within corporate office environments.
• Managing installations across multiple sites throughout London and surrounding areas.
• Completing occasional out-of-hours installation work, with overtime paid.

Requirements

• Previous experience in furniture installation, handyman services, fit-out, facilities, or a similar field.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Professional appearance and approach when working on client sites.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
