Mobile Facilities Caretaker - Sites & Minor Repairs

Tameside Council is seeking a proactive Caretaking Supervisor to join its team. You will ensure the nominated building is fit for purpose, maintain high standards of cleanliness and porterage, carry out minor repairs and complete statutory checks.

Working 36 hours per week across the corporate estate, you will join a four-person supervisor roster and cover sites on a rota, with some weekend shifts. A clean driving licence is essential, and the role is mobile across locations in Tameside.
