We're looking for a Mobile Field Operative to join our team and provide essential first line support across multiple client sites. This is a key role ensuring that both planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed SLAs.

About the Role

As a Mobile Field Operative, you'll be the go to person on site-supporting stakeholders, coordinating with contractors, resolving issues, and ensuring that health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.

    • Replacing lamps
  • Carry out minor plumbing tasks including:
    • Unblocking toilets/sinks
    • Isolating water supplies
    • Tightening fittings
    • Descaling boilers
  • Adjust HVAC temperatures when required
  • Complete all tasks logged through the CAFM system within working hours
About You

You'll be someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and maintains a smart, professional appearance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working independently, and being out and about across multiple sites.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive and dynamic in their approach to solving problems
  • Confident in handling minor maintenance tasks
  • Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of work
  • Comfortable working within defined competencies and safety guidelines
Why Join Us?

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive team, gain exposure across different sites, and play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient building operations. You'll be joining a company where your contribution really matters.
