Supervisor/Cleaner

Full in house training to be provided. Company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided for business use. Opportunity may arise for IPAF/PASMA training for high level cleaning.

A Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is required to work in Midlands and extended area. A company vehicle will be provided for business use only. Minimum 40 hours per week; however, you must be prepared to work additional hours as and when required. You will be required to cover early morning starts, evenings and occasional weekends.

Salary of £29,400 per year.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule;
• Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work;
• Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements;
• Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use;
• Observe and comply with site rules and and regulations at all times;
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order;
• Report all machine and building faults to line manager;
• Respond courteously to customer and management requests;
• Undertake any other duties required by line managers;
• Use time and attendance system to record working hours.

Knowledge and Experience

• Preferably have cleaning experience, however, training can be provided;
• Supervisory experience would be an advantage as some supervision of other staff may be required;
• An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position. If you do not have a DBS then NECS will cover the cost to apply.

Requirements

Full UK driving license required (vehicle is manual).
