MMG Commercial Executive

Eclipse Magnetics and Bowers Group are seeking a Commercial Executive to join their Magnetics & Measurement Group (MMG). Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll support day to day commercial operations with a focus on pricing governance, margin protection, and coordination of commercial and compliance data. This is a hands on role where accuracy, organisation, and sound commercial judgement are key.

You'll own customer pricing structures, maintaining price lists and administering SAP pricing to ensure accuracy and auditability. You'll monitor margins, highlight exceptions, and support price updates, including customer communication and system maintenance. You'll also assist with rebate frameworks and provide insight into cost drivers to help protect margins.

A core part of the role is coordinating customer data requests related to compliance, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. You'll collate and validate information, ensuring all external data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal systems. You'll also support Net Zero and wider sustainability data coordination.

You'll help keep commercial operations running efficiently by managing shared inboxes, responding to internal data requests, and maintaining accurate customer and commercial data. The role also supports new product introductions and changes, ensuring pricing readiness and system alignment.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Services, you'll support commercial alignment and help identify and elevate risks relating to pricing, margins, and data integrity.

To succeed, you'll bring strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with data. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP are important (training can be provided). You'll be well organised, a clear communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A degree in Business or a related field is desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.
