ML Architect: AI Architecture Research & Production

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in Ireland, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer - AI Architecture Research to explore novel neural architectures beyond Transformers, prototype end-to-end models, and evaluate memory, compute, and latency trade-offs for production deployment.

You will design experiments, reproduce and benchmark cutting-edge papers, collaborate with inference and systems engineers, and contribute to open-source initiatives where applicable.
