Mission Support Program Lead - Strategy & Growth

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a senior business lead for its Mission Support product area, based at the Luton and Lincoln sites. You will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction, oversee the five-year plan, and drive the financial performance of the portfolio while guiding cross functional IPTs through the lifecycle of mission enablement software for air platforms.

You'll coordinate with sales and capability teams, manage a multidisciplinary project management group, and balance
