Minibus Driver

We are seeking a reliable and professional Minibus Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from designated locations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to all road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a minibus in accordance with UK road laws and company policies
- Transport passengers to scheduled destinations in a timely manner
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers at all times
- Keep accurate records of journeys where required
- Valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a minibus (Category D1 or D)
- Alternatively, a valid Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MiDAS) qualification
- Clean driving record (or minimal endorsements)
- Strong awareness of road safety and passenger care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Previous experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle
- Knowledge of local routes and areas
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
