Salary: £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: 42 hrs per week
Lookers MINI is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly and dedicated team. You will work with our passionate sales team to sell both new and used cars, providing first-class customer service.
As part of our sales team, you should be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to the Sales Manager, who will support your professional development, helping you to grow your skills and establish a career in the industry. Our onsite team includes two Sales Managers, a Business Manager, and six Sales Executives who will support you daily.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person
- Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arrange and accompany test drives
- Negotiate final sale prices
- Complete all necessary paperwork for each sale
- Create and maintain a site parking plan
- Assist with unloading and parking new/used vehicles correctly
- Help prepare vehicles for technicians in the workshop
- Keep the customer car park clear
- Maintain health and safety standards on site, including clear roadways and pathways
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You should be ambitious and hardworking, with a target-driven approach.
Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive prestigious vehicles.
