Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent MINI Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.
About the roleOur MINI Sales Executives are central to delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships.
As a MINI Sales Executive, you will be the key contact for customers during their car-buying journey, ensuring excellent service at every step.
This role involves working flexible hours, including weekends, to provide the highest level of service.
In addition to a salary and an achievable OTE of £45,000, benefits include a company car, subsidised manufacturer car schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym memberships, and discounts with high street retailers.
About YouYou should have strong interpersonal skills, pride in engaging face-to-face with customers, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
A full UK driving licence is beneficial.
Please note that automotive sales experience is a minimum requirement for this role.
