About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Minibar Attendant to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team in reaching common goals, and address employees' concerns appropriately.
  • Complete daily activities by adhering to departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent service delivery.
  • Follow all relevant health, safety, and environment procedures to provide luxurious and safe hospitality services to guests.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, delivering a high level of service excellence to guests.
  • Act as an effective link between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations and maintain service standards.
  • Ensure guests have an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience by welcoming and acknowledging them according to company standards.
