Mill Maintenance Engineer: 12h Shift, Career Growth

James Cropper is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our mill operations on a 12-hour shift pattern (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am). You will perform planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support production with timely repairs to minimise losses.

Working within a safety minded, multi disciplinary team, you will record activities, order parts, and ensure handovers are clear. An engineering qualification and manufacturing experience are essential to thrive here.
