As an Area Manager, you will oversee your site's operations to ensure smooth functioning, meeting customer demand. You will lead a team focused on safety, efficiency, and quality, while managing projects across our network to boost productivity.

Key job responsibilities
  • Create, oversee, and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity
  • Manage projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and enhance customer service quality
  • Evaluate shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
  • Collaborate with management colleagues to standardize shift practices
A day in the life

You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on maximizing productivity. Your main responsibilities include fostering a culture of safety, maintaining quality and performance standards, overseeing process improvements, and driving operational contingency tasks. Your day will be varied, involving team management, operational duties, process improvements, and mentorship for new managers.

PODSTAWOWE KWALIFIKACJE
  • A degree
  • Relevant experience in people management
  • Experience in communicating with stakeholders at various levels, including peers and leadership
  • Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language
PREFEROWANE KWALIFIKACJE
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Experience in logistics environments
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
