Migration Strategy Lead: Customer Data & Dress Rehearsals

Santander is seeking a Migration Approach & Dress Rehearsal Lead for the Project Sparrow team in London or Milton Keynes. This 18-month FTC/Secondment role focuses on strategic design of migration approaches and detailed dress rehearsals, driving readiness and governance across regulatory commitments.

You will lead senior stakeholders, shape migration waves, and define runbooks and exit criteria to ensure customer outcomes and risk management are met.
