Migration M&E Lead for Impact & Learning

The Irish Red Cross Society seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator to lead the M&E function across Migration Department programmes. You will establish the M&E framework, ensure data quality, and drive evidence-based learning to improve programming.

You will collaborate with programme and IT/Data teams to develop tools, monitor indicators, and report progress to management and donors.
